1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gogojl ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the gogojl online gaming platform, website, and all associated services available at gogojl.cam (the "Platform").

By completing registration on the gogojl Platform, making a deposit, accessing any game, or clicking any acceptance button on the Platform, you confirm that:

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) gogojl account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. gogojl reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close multiple accounts held by the same person and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gogojl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. gogojl will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify gogojl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account, suspected breach of security, or loss of login credentials. gogojl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification to us, provided that such unauthorized access did not result from any negligence or breach of these Terms on our part.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

gogojl is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID);
• Proof of your registered address;

Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by gogojl may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. gogojl reserves the right to withhold funds pending successful identity verification.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gogojl accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and Credit Card. Available payment options may change from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to confirm the current available methods within the Platform's Cashier section.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform. gogojl reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the gogojl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. gogojl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor.

4.4 Deposit Integrity

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. gogojl reserves the right to void any funds deposited from accounts that do not match the verified identity of the registered player and to return such funds to the source after deducting any applicable processing fees.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed after your gogojl account has been fully verified in accordance with the KYC requirements described in Section 3.3. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment accounts registered in your name that match your verified identity on file with gogojl.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

gogojl aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash and PayMaya: 1 to 3 hours from approval;
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): 1 to 3 business days from approval;
• Credit Card: 3 to 7 business days depending on the issuing bank.

These timeframes are estimates and may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or additional verification requirements. gogojl does not guarantee specific withdrawal completion times.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once are subject to a processing review before withdrawal. gogojl reserves the right to investigate withdrawal requests that indicate potential abuse of the deposit-and-withdraw model without genuine gameplay activity. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 6.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by gogojl are subject to specific Terms & Conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that particular offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

gogojl actively monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts; employing low-variance betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is suspected, gogojl reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a gogojl account at any given time. Players should review and meet the conditions of an existing active bonus before opting into a new promotion.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the gogojl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gogojl Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game assets, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of gogojl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the gogojl Platform without prior written consent from gogojl.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gogojl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gogojl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming session, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any technical errors, system outages, or service interruptions;
• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties;
• Any decisions you make based on information available on the Platform;
• Gambling losses resulting from gameplay on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit gogojl's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Responsible Gaming

12.2 Termination by gogojl

gogojl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it believes that:

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution as permitted under Philippine law.
